Helpful Answers Before You Arrive
We have answered some of the questions guests often ask before visiting Tregarton Park. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact reception on 01726 843666 between 9am and 5pm.
Booking & Check-In
We hire Tregarton Cottage, which is located at the entrance to the park. We do not have static caravans or holiday homes. Our touring caravan park accepts touring caravans, motorcaravans and tents.
All bookings are valid from midday on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.
We accept bookings for any day of the week, although minimum stays apply during the summer holidays.
Yes, dogs are welcome. Dogs must remain on leads at all times while on the park. We permit up to two dogs per pitch, and dogs are allowed on the local beach.
Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool, shop, cafe complex, toilets, showers or launderette. We have recently built a dog patio near the swimming pool complex, with a large parasol to offer shade on sunny days.
Following our directions, all roads to the park are wide enough to ensure a trouble-free approach.
We do not accept single-sex groups.
No, the park operates from 1st May until 26th September 2026.
Your deposit is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing holiday insurance.
Unfortunately, we do not give refunds if you depart early. If you know before arriving that you need to leave earlier than your current departure date, please let us know. If your stay is shortened upon arrival or during your stay, you will be required to pay for the length of stay originally booked.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, as the weather is beyond our control. The only circumstance where a refund may be issued is if we have to cancel your booking because park conditions are not suitable.
Facilities
No, you do not have to pay to use these facilities. Tennis rackets can be hired at reception for 50p per hour, per racket.
Yes, our WiFi network covers all 12 acres of the park, ensuring all pitches can access the internet.
No, we do not have a family bathroom. However, we do have a baby bath.
Yes, we have a purpose-built wet room with WC, shower and hand basin.

Pitches
Yes, you can. We recommend booking in advance to secure the pitch you would like, as we recognise that every guest has individual preferences and needs.
Yes, we allow caravans and tents to mix.
All pitches have a 240 volt / 10 amp power supply. We operate a fair use policy.
No, standard awning pegs will work fine.
Yes, BBQs are allowed. However, we do not allow fire pits or any type of open fire.
Yes, gazebos are allowed at no additional cost.
Yes, we allow one pup tent per pitch.
Yes, all pitches are divided with hedging or shrubs to help prevent overcrowding.
No, we do not offer seasonal pitches or storage facilities.
Yes, we will site and level your tourer free of charge.
Out & About
We are one and a half miles by road from our closest bay, Porthluney Cove.
We are 9 miles from St Austell, 4 miles from the fishing village of Mevagissey, and just over 1 mile from the local village of Gorran.
Yes, there is. The bus stops at the park entrance and travels to Gorran Haven, Mevagissey and St Austell.
